Our Story …

Ela Flowers first began in 2022 as a pop-up in front of a boutique store in Scotts Corners. Founder, Elida Sanabria (aka ‘Ela’), brought 30 years of experience in event planning and floral design. Her passion for the craft quickly gained the attention of the Bedford, Lewisboro, and Pound Ridge Record Review: In 2022, Ela’s warmth and charm radiated on the front page under the heading “Flower Power...” Since then, Ela Flowers has blossomed and grown.

Ela’s journey to Pound Ridge is a testament to her resilience and determination. Born in Paraguay, she immigrated to the U.S. in 1987 as a young adult. Her first job in Pound Ridge was as a caretaker, and now, three decades later, she finds herself with a local business in Scotts Corners, right in the heart of Pound Ridge — her journey has come full circle.

Every day, Ela is inspired by the love and encouragement she receives from her family and friends. She is deeply dedicated to serving the community by inspiring joy and beauty with each floral design.
